Ingredients

    1 package yellow cake mix
    2 20 oz cans crushed pineapple drained
    1 vanilla pudding
    1 8oz low fat cream cheese package
    1 container cool whip lite
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup pecans
    10 maraschino cherries

Directions

Bake cake as directed and let cool. Add crushed pineapple to top. make pudding as directed. beat cream cheese until smooth. mix pudding with cream cheese. fold in whip cream. Add coconut & pecans & cherries. Store in fridge.
