Ingredients

    20 oz. Crushed Pineapple in Juice, Undrained
    1 oz. JELL-O Vanilla Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
    1 cup Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, Thawed
    1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (9" dia)
    10 Strawberries, Fresh

Tips

If you want to add protein, mix some vanilla or pineapple fat free greek yogurt into the pudding in step 1.


Directions

1. Mix the pineapple and dry pudding mix.
2. Gently stir in Cool Whip topping.
3. Fill the pie crust with the pudding mixture.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Top with berries and serve.
