Ingredients
1Nectarines(2-1/2") sliced
6 Sweet Cherries pitted and cut in half
2 teaspoons Brummel & Brown, margarine
1 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar, (remove)
1/3 cup bisquik
Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.25 cup (remove)
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 2 oz (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions
Put first 4 ingredients into small 6" x 2" round heavy pot on the stove on low. Stir and let simmer while preparing dough.
Mix Bisquick with the remaining ingredients. If too thick add a little more milk to a pancake batter consistency. Pour over fruit mixture but DO NOT STIR! Put the pot lid on and cook for 10-15 minutes until Biscuit dough feels softly firm. Loosing sides with a knife, place a plate over top of pot and flip over. If some of the fruit remains in the pot, gently lift and place fruit back on pancake in a pleasing design! Serve and enjoy
