Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 35 oz
    2 tsp of olive oil
    Refried Beans, 2 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 25 medium
    Arugula, 4 cup
    Soy Sauce, .5 cup
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 3 tbsp (opt.)

    Can add spices such as:
    Salt
    Pepper
    Basal
    Parsly
    Cinnamon
    (To taste)

Directions

Pan fry turkey until not pink in pan w/ 1 tsp of oil
Cook all other ingredients in pot w/ 1tsp of oil
Combine and cook for 1 hour on low
