Honey-roasted pecans

Tips
Can serve chicken either hot or cold. This makes a wonderful salad for summer lunch.
Directions
Place shredded lettuce in serving bowl.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to lettuce.
Sprinkle honey-roasted pecans and shredded cheese over salad mixture.
Season chicken and Cook Chicken breast in a non-stick skillet or under grill until done.
Remove Chicken from skillet and slice into 4-5 pieces.
Lay cooked chicken over top of salad and serve
