    I bag Vigo Cuban black beans and rice
    2 cups TVP
    6 tsp Lawry's taco seasoning
    2 tsp cumin

Tips

cook in microwaveable container with lid that can be closed tightly when sitting in hot water.


Directions

Mix ingredients and place in individual packets. Add mix to hot water and let sit for 5 minutes, then microwave for 20 mins and let sit another 5 minutes. Stir several times.
