Ingredients
-
0.75 cup Almonds, whole
0.75 cup Hazelnuts, whole
2 Tbsp. CHIA Seeds
1Tbsp. Flax Sprinkles
0.25 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. Extra dark chocolate, grated
0.75 cup Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful
Tips
I used a tablespoon measure to make the balls.
Directions
- Put almonds & hazelnuts in the oven @ 350 degrees for 3 mins. to heat and develop their flavor.
- Once the nuts are done, combine them with the chia seeds, flax sprinkles & salt in the food processor and pulse until desire texture (medium ground)
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the mix to use for coating the balls.
- Add the remaining of the ingredients to the food processor and mix.
- Roll the "dough" with your hands to form the ball and coat with the reserved mixture.
- Put in the fridge and enjoy cold or at room temperature.
