    2 whole bananas (frozen)
    ¼ cup rolled oats
    ¼ cup plant-based milk
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    a dash of ground cardamon (optional)
    1 tbsp raisins

Tips

frozen bananas are just to cool the smoothie. Otherwise it is quite warm.
