Ingredients

    2 can tuna drained
    1 can Progresso Cannellini Beans, drained
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    2 Tbs. chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 T. capers
    2 T. olive oil
    2 T. vinegar, red wine preferred
    2 T. lemon juice
    fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix together, refrigerate, serve over lettuce and tomatoes. Better the second day!
