Ingredients

    Brown rice flour, .5 cup
    Oatmeal (plain), 1.5 cup dry
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    *Peaches, fresh, .25 cup slices
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Maple Syrup, .25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    1 banana

Tips

don't mix it too much or else the cookies will be hard :)


Directions

set oven to 375.

Mix wet ingredients together and set aside. Then do the same with the dry ingredients. Then mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Take a piece of parchment paper and lay it on a cookie sheet. Drop 1tbsp dollops on the sheet. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Take them out and ENJOY!! :)
