    9" frozen pie crust
    8-10 oz frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz shredded swiss cheese
    2 T flour
    3 eggs
    1 c non fat half and half
    salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste


Can be made without crust to save calories and fat.


Toss shredded cheese with flour. Add thawed, squeezed spinach. Whisk eggs and half and half. Pour into cheese/spinach. Season to taste. Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
