Ingredients

    1 medium onion
    2 Yukon Gold potatoes
    1 medium carrot
    1 tbsp parsley
    3 cups chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic

Directions

Cook carrots and onions. Dice potatoes, mince garlic and parsley. Mix all into chicken broth and warm.

Serving Size: makes 1 large bowl
