    4 cups baby spinach
    7 oz jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
    1 cup pitted kalamata olives
    ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, thinly sliced
    ½ cup organic balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

Combine spinach, pepper, olives, pepperoncini
and vinaigrette in a large bowl, tossing to coat.
