Ingredients

    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 packages Chicken Ramen Noodles crunched (uncooked, save seasoning for dressing)
    1 lb package of Kirkland chopped chicken breasts
    1 cup sliced almonds
    DRESSING:
    7 TBLS rice wine vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup oil
    3 pkts Ramen seasoning
    1 tsp black pepper
    green onions (from above)

Directions

Shred the cabbage and crumble the ramen noodles (set aside the seasoning for the dressing. Add the almonds and cubed chicken and set aside.

Chop the green onions, mix and heat green onion, rice wine vinegar, sugar, oil, ramen seasoning, and black pepper. heat until mixed and let cool. Pour over cabbage mixture and refrigerate overnight.
