Ingredients
-
1 fresh white peach, pitted, peeled, and sliced
1.5 tsp butter
1.5 tsp sugar
2 tbsp noosa aussie style yoghurt, honey
Tips
i adore white peaches, but you can easily substitute your yellow peaches here. if so, you might like to try this with brown sugar instead of regular granulated sugar.
Directions
prep peaches first.
melt butter at medium high temp in a heavy skillet. add sugar and stir just until combined and starting to bubble.
add peaches. stir to coat. but don't continue stirring too long. leave them undisturbed for 3 mins. or so to let them caramelized before stirring. (if you're as anal as i am about it you can flip each individual slice so that they ALL get that yummy caramelized surface on BOTH sides.)
serve warm with a dollop of honeyed yoghurt as a garnish.
