Introduction

Peanut butter and apricots combine to create a wonderful taste in the mouth. Peanut butter and apricots combine to create a wonderful taste in the mouth.

Ingredients

    1 Cup peanut butter
    1/2 Cup honey
    1 Cup old-fashioned oats
    1 Cup almonds
    1 Cup apricots, diced
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder, optional, not included in nutritional information
    cinnamon, to taste

Directions

Warm peanut butter and honey on stove on low heat until runny and smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well incorporated. Chill in fridge or freezer for 45 minutes. Scoop 1 Tbsp balls into mini muffin liners. Enjoy!
