These are a great all in one breakfast with very little prep time. You can substitute in your favorite ingredients and these are healthier than anything you are going to get in a drive thru! Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 12 large
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced
    Skim Milk, .25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, canned, .50 cup
    *Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 large pepper, diced
    Red Onion Raw .33 cup diced
    *Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 7 oz(remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients (add other vegetables/meats if you like) and then spoon into muffin tin. Bake on 350 degrees until you can put a fork in them and pull it out clean. Make large batches for the week and then reheat in the microwave.

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings of 2 muffins each
