Ingredients

3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 Medium Onion
1 Can Hunt's (or other) Tomato Sauce
1 Can diced Tomatoes, not drained
3/4 - 1 Cup cooked grains (I used leftover Farro)
Tips
Add your own favorite herbs & seasonings. I like basil and rosemary w/ a little cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil for a few minutes. Add flour and scrape from bottom until lightly browned. Add enough water to make a thin paste. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and pre-cooked farro. Simmer until flavors mellow and farro becomes "puffed-up".
