Ingredients

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups old fashion oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, peanut butter, maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Stir in the oats. Fold in raisins.
Press firmly into a 7 x 11 in. baking dish lined with foil and coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until set and edges are browned. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 16 bars.
