Ingredients

    1/3 cup Canola oil
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cup white flour (sifted)
    1 1/2 cup corn meal
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 cup milk

Tips

9 x 9 pan - 30 minutes


Directions

1. Blend eggs, oil, sugar, and milk.
2. Mix flour, corn meal, salt, and baking powder.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together to form batter.
4. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased baking pan, bake at 400 deg for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1 1/2" x 3" pieces
