Ingredients

4 Large Chicken Breasts
1 box of Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
2 Bunches Broccolini
6 Cloves of Garlic
2 sprigs of fresh Basil
Low sodium Chicken Broth about 2 cups
I/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Sea Salt to taste
Tips
Sometimes I steam up some shrimp and add that to the whole mixture to just before adding the basil.
Directions
The whole wheat pasta should be cooked at the same time as your preparing the chicken to cook. About 10 minutes.
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces meanwhile take 2 tbsp. of Olive oil and put into a wok or very large skillet. Then add your garlic and saute for 5 minutes until golden brown. Then add the chicken and resume cooking for 10 minutes covered (to keep tender). Then while the chicken is cooking you need a box of reduced calorie chicken broth add that. Then add the chopped up Broccolini. Steam the broccolini for about 5 minutes in the chicken and chicken broth. Add The basil and sea salt simmer 10 more minutes to incorporate the flavors. Find a big pasta bowl and add the pasta then pour over the chicken broccolini and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
