Ingredients

    1 medium tomato, raw
    2 slices of white bread
    1 tbsp light cream cheese
    pepper, dash
    salt, to taste

Tips

Substitute the white bread with a multi-grain bread of your choice for added protein count and reduced carbohydrate intake.


Directions

1. Spread half a tbsp thinly on each slice of bread.

2. Thinly slice the tomatoes and place in between the slices of bread.

3. Add a dash of pepper, and salt to taste.
