Ingredients

    1T butter
    1 onion, sliced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    3 chicken breasts
    Lawrey's seasoned salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    12 slices Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone
    6 Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls

Directions

Layer in a 3-4qt slow cooker: 1T butter, sliced onion, sliced green peppers, chicken breasts, seasoned salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Shred or slice chicken and top a whole wheat hoagie roll with chicken and veggie mixture, then with 2 slices of ultra thin provolone and enjoy!
