Ingredients

    1 can salmon (remove bones)
    5 saltine crackers
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp mustard
    1 Tbsp ketchup
    1 tsp dried parsley
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Place into small loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes.

  • Couldn't imagine mustard and catsup in Salmon Loaf but tried it anyway and it is excellent - much lighter in carbs than my old recipe. I did skip the salt but otherwise followed exactly! I might add some finely chopped onion, celery or green pepper next time - and there will be a next time! - 1/24/17
