Introduction

This frozed fruit smoothie is my all time favorite and is a great way to start your morning. This frozed fruit smoothie is my all time favorite and is a great way to start your morning.

Ingredients

    1-banana peeled and cut up
    1/2 C of frozen mixed berries
    1 C of fresh spinach
    1/2 C of POM Wonderful Pomogranite-Cherry Juice
    1 Blender


Tips

*if you like your smoothie a little thinner add a little more juice until it is the consistency you want
*I keep the mixed berries frozen so I don't add ice.


Directions

Put cut up banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach and pomogranite juice in the blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 1-1/2 C serving
