Introduction
Made from Kefir and Almond Milk to thin down the mix. Bananas are a good source of potassium and Raspberries are a good source of carotenoids and anthocyanins. One of the most abundant carotenoids is lycopene. Lycopene helps reduce damage from free radicals. Plums are being heralded as the new 'super-food' by scientists. They found the purple fruit matched or exceeded blueberries in antioxidants. Made from Kefir and Almond Milk to thin down the mix.
