Ingredients

    2lbs Beef Round Roast (boneless)
    2 cans beef broth
    1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
    2 cans whole white potatoes
    Baby Carrots (to taste)
    Mushrooms (to taste)


Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow roaster / Crock Pot.
Let cook on High for 4 - 5 hours then move to low 3 - 4 hours until ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 - 4lbs of food
