Ingredients

    6 Ice Cubes
    1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (from a carton, not a can)
    3 tbsp International Delight French Vanilla No Sugar Added Coffee Creamer
    2 tsp Sugar Twin or other sweetener
    1 tsp Stevia
    3 tbsp canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
    1-2 tsp Instant Coffee
    3/4 tsp pumpkin spice (or to taste)

Tips

To make a cream version of this frappucino just omit the coffee.
Note: I used So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk which has 45 Calories, 1 gram carb, 1 gram fiber per cup.


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until ice is crushed.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
