Ingredients

    1/2 Mango, diced
    1/2 Avocado, California (Haas), diced
    1/4 cup Red Onion, raw, chopped
    1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and diced
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Lime Juice, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

Tips

For an even spicier salsa, increase the amount of Jalapeno pepper, or use a spicier pepper, such as a habanero. To reduce the amount of fat, you can omit olive oil, if desired.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Let sit about 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
