Ingredients

    16 cooked shrimp, diced
    1 large tomato chopped
    1 mango, chopped
    2 avacados, pitted & chopped
    1 wedge of lime juice
    2 - 3 Tbsns fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup red onion chopped

Tips

I thaw frozen precooked large shrimp. Lime juice & cilantro to taste. I use as a meal (wrap it in a burrito) or an appetizer with Tostito chips, or just a salad.
