Introduction

Ingredients

LSA (Linseed, sunflower & almond, ground)
Psyllium husk
Whey protein 100%, vanilla flavour
Mix equal quantities of these ingredients together. Seal tightly and store in the fridge.
To serve, select your freggies, spices, and blending liquid. Blend first, then add the smoothie powder.
You might like to add:
Vanilla or some other essence
Stevia/ sugar/honey to sweeten
Spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger.
Cocoa powder if you want a chocolate shake.
Tips
Three tablespoons of this mix weighs 30 grams, I use less if there are more solids in the smoothie. For example, just one tablespoon if there are banana and strawberries in the smoothie.
Directions
When making a smoothie, blend together the juice/water/milks/fruits/sweetener /other ingredients first; then add the smoothie mix and blend for about 15 seconds.
The mix will really thicken your smoothie.
I use an immersion blender.
