Ingredients

    4 cloves of roasted garlic
    2/3 cup of unsweetened soy,hemp.or almond milk
    1/3 cup raw cashew butter or 2/3 cup raw cashews
    1 TBS plus 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1 1/2 TBS nutritional yeast
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    dash black pepper

Tips

I would grind your cashews ahead to a fine grind and add to recipe if not using the cashew butter


Directions

roast garlic in oven for 25 minutes and cool. Squeeze cooled cloves into food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
