Ingredients

    1- pound ground beef
    1- small onion, minced
    2- tablespoons Mexene chili powder
    1- can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chiles (2.5 servings)
    1- 8oz can tomato sauce
    1- cup water
    1- tablespoon sugar
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

You can puree the Rotel in a blender to give the chili a smoother texture if desired.


Directions

Brown ground beef with onion. Saute until onion is clear and beef cooked. Drain fat, if necessary. Add chili powder and stir. Add Rotel and stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer uncovered over low heat until warm.
