Ingredients

    1/4 c Shortening
    1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 c canned full fat coconut milk
    4 c powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and beat with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and creamy. May add or subtract powdered sugar to get firmer consistency or glaze consistency frosting.

Serving Size: Frosts about 18 brownies or a 9x13 cake
