    Makes 4 servings

1 lb. medium (24 count) shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 tsp. salt-free lemon pepper seasoning (McCormick®)
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1/3 cup butter
    2 tbsp. fresh chopped tarragon
1-1/2 tsp. crushed garlic (Christopher Ranch®)

Preheat broiler. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Line a heavy-duty baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, season shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning. Toss to coat. Skewer three cherry tomatoes between three shrimp and repeat to make eight skewers.

Place skewers on prepared baking sheet. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes per side.

In a small sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in tarragon and garlic. Remove from heat. Serve shrimp skewers hot with a drizzle of tarragon butter over top.
