Ingredients

    Zucchini, 2 1/4 cup, sliced into 1/4" slices
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
    **Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1/4 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1/8 cup
    *(Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving

Tips

You can play around with the spices. Salt is necessary for the drying action of the chips. you can use the salt substitute for those who need to avoid salt in their diet.


Directions

Mix the cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper together. Dip the zucchini into the milk, then the seasoning, and place on a wire rack that is sprayed with the cooking spray. The wire rack should be on a cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
