Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter - salted or unsalted
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    2/3 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking soday
    2 cups granola type cereal
    1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Cream butter, cinnamon and white & brown sugars.
Beat in egg and vanilla
Combine flour and baking soda, beat into butter mixute.
Mix in granola and chocolate chips.
Drop by tbsp onto baking sheet
Bake at 350 F x 8 mins
Cool on sheet x 2 min
Move to wire rack to finish cooking.
