Introduction

Delicious and filling- great for cold days! Delicious and filling- great for cold days!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground white turkey
    1 can black beans- drained
    1 can corn- drained
    1 can rotel tomatos
    1 pkg 2-alarm chili kit
    1.5 cup white rice-uncooked
    6 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cup water

Directions

Cook rice seperately in pan. Brown turkey meat in skillet. Add all ingredients except rice and cheese. Simmer for 20 minutes. (if you have time to simmer longer, thats great. But 20 min is sufficient.) Serve over 1/2 cup white rice and sprinkle with 1 oz shredded cheddar cheese. Makes 6 -1 cup servings.
