Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 banana pepper, raw 4.5" long,
    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    1 bowl Minute Rice Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice
    1 lg can Tomato Sauce
    1/2 t Oregano, ground
    1/2 t Basil
    1/2 t Parsley

    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

I serve with mashed potatoes and green beans or some other green vegetable.


Directions

Cut peppers in half long way. Remove seeds and wash. Put in baking dish. Mix ground beef and rice. No need to cook, this will cook in oven. Divide in 8 equal servings and stuff each half of pepper. Pour tomato sauce over all this, and then sprinkle oregano, basil, parsley. salt and pepper.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove foil and return to oven, continuing to bake for 30 more minutes.
