Ingredients

1 Gramham Cracker Pie crust (9inches)
1/2 block firm toffu drained
1 Philly CreamCheese (8oz)
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 fresh medium lemon
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1 cup almonds (grined)
2 cups poppy seeds (grinded)
Optional Flavorings: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla extrat. 1 cup 100% natural turbinado o granulated sugar.
Directions
This pie serves about 8 slices from a 9 inch pie graham cracker crust.
1.Combine Cream Cheese, Toffu (be sure to drain the toffu of its water content), and Whipped cream in blender or hand mixer at low setting. Mix until creamy and smooth, but not wattery. For extra flavor, 1/2 tsp of grounded cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 cup 100% turbinado natural or granulated sugare can be added (these flavorings change caloric value).
2. Mix grined poppy seeds, flax seeds and almonds together, gives a very nice color of black brown and white.
3. Fill pie crust with half of the cream cheese toffu mix and on top completely cover with half of the poppy seed blend. Repeat this step with a second layer of cream cheese toffu mix and finally complete top with the remainder of the poppy seed mix.
4. Refrigerate for 45 - 60 mins.
