Ingredients

    1-12oz package brussel sprouts
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c chicken broth or water

Tips

For added flavor add 2-3 pieces of bacon, chopped. (Not counted in nutritional info for this recipe.)


Directions

Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a skillet on medium heat. Cook onions until tender and add brussel sprouts, garlic, and broth. Cook stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until sprouts are tender.
