Ingredients

    Chicken breasts, 3 pounds
    Diced tomatoes with green chilis, 28 ounce can
    Black beans, 2 15 1/2 oz cans
    2 cups frozen corn
    2 14.4 oz cans fat free chicken broth
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Comgine chicken broth, beans, corn tomatoes, garlic powder , onion powder chili powder and cumin in the crock pot.
Season Chicken with salt and black peopper and place in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours and high for an additional 4 hours.
1/2 hour before serving, remove chicken from the crock pot and shred (with a fork, or your fingers). Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and stir in. Season as needed. Serve.
