Ingredients

    3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
    3 oz Tyson Grilled & Ready Diced Chicken Breast
    4 grape tomatoes, cut in half
    1/4 cup grated carrots
    1 Del Monte Mandarin Orange cup, drained
    5 small strawberries, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/4 cup blueberries
    3 Tbsp Private Selection Crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 100 calorie pack Emerald Natural Almonds, chopped
    4 Tbsp Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing

Directions

Grill chicken in small skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile chop all vegetables. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding chicken overtop. Makes a full meal!

Serving Size: makes one very large serving, or can be divided between two people
