Introduction

Ingredients

    Beans, black, 1 cup rinsed
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Portabella Mushrooms, 4 oz.
    Milk, 1%, 2 cups
    *Summer Squash, 1 medium chopped
    El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce, 3 Tbsp.

Directions

spray pam(butter flavor in skillet and add mushrooms, squash, and onions till caramelized, add milk, and beans with seasoning, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Then put it in a food processor till smooth.
Wa la..... yumminess to be had! :)
