Ingredients

    1 can Sweet Corn, drained
    2 can Chunk White Albacore Tuna, 5 oz.
    2 Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    .5 Cup Raw Onion, coursely chopped
    1 Cup Carrots, shredded
    .5 Cup Green Bell pepper, coursely chopped
    .5 Cup Almonds, whole
    1 Tbs. Flax Seed
    1 Cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
    1 Cup Plain Fat-free Yogurt
    1 Large Lemon, squeezed for about .5 cups

Tips

Directions

Boil and peel eggs. Chop coursely. Prepare all vegetables - coursely chopped as specified in ingredients list. Drain canned corn. Place all ingredients into large bowl. Mix together well. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least two hours for flavors to meld. mix again before serving.
