Introduction

Healthy vegan smoothie with tons of protein! Healthy vegan smoothie with tons of protein!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 slice or more of silken tofu (I used rooster brand)
    1 1/2 cups of fresh sliced peach
    1 tbsp of ground flax
    approximately 10 almonds
    1/2 cup of cooked steel cut oats
    1 1/2 cups of ice

Tips

Try making the oats the night before so they are cool in the morning.


Directions

Cook the steel cut oats in water and wait for it to cool. In the meantime slice the tofu and peaches and place in a blender with the almonds, flax and any sweetener you desire. Blend till smooth, then add the cooked oats and ice and blend for about a minute. Serve.
