1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

They are good as is, or can be jazzed up with salsa, guacamole and sour cream (or yogurt).
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper for quick cleanup (optional)
3. Cut tortilla into 6 wedges and place on cookie sheet
4. Top wedges with cheese.
5. Bake 15 minutes
If you like a crispier chip, turn the oven off and let them sit in the oven another 10 minutes.
