Ingredients

    1 cup fresh raspberries
    approx 1 cup fresh raw kale
    2 small bananas (I used 1 fresh & 1 frozen)
    1 cup water

Tips

I use frozen bananas so I don't have to add ice. :)


Directions

put all ingredients in blender to desired consistency.
