    1/5 c. strawberries
    1/4 c. raspberries
    1/2 c, blue berries
    1 pkg. fat free cream cheese
    6 oz, okios vanilla yogurt
    1/4 c. orange juice

Put every thing in a blender and run om mixtill well mixed.
