2 Cups Buttermilk

Butter to cook
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, buttermilk, applesauce, vanilla in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth. Melt butter in frying pan. Cook 1/2 cup pancakes, adding frozen blueberries as you go.
